that were all built at the same time and share the same exact floor plan.
With all the properties connected by walk overs, you can easily access one
another without ever walking downstairs. Each property can accommodate a
maximum of 30 guest and you can rent what you need according to your group.
Book 1 for 30 guest, 2 for 60 guest or all 3 for a maximum of 90 guest!
These houses are very popular for Family Reunions, Family Vacations, Church
Groups, Proms and Corporate events. Don't book one large house when you can
book these properties...you can get 3 times the kitchens, washer/dryers,
appliances, living rooms, decks and you have the option of everyone having
a little more private space.
All three properties boast large expansive decks that connect to one
another for easy access to and from each property. There is also direct
access to the beach from the decks. Each house has 3 decks (The main deck,
upstairs deck and the ground level deck with BBQ area), 2 refrigerators, 2
dining room tables, large main level deck with gates, deck furniture, TV's,
DVD, DISH, Washer/Dryers, handicap accessible ramp to house and beach. To
