This unit is within walking distance of The Hangout, Shops, Restaurants, Public Beaches, etc. Great & Very convenient location! Close to everything! 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Unit (Q, TT, Sleeper Sofa) with Private Balcony. Fully Equipped Kitchen. Washer/Dryer. Interior decorated very comfortable for a nice relaxing vacation. No smoking in unit. No pets allowed. Very comfortable unit! Last Minute Deals available if unit is available within 10 days of requested arrival date. Security Deposit of $300.00 required; to be returned within 10 days provided there is NO damage. Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Money Order, Certified Funds and PayPal accepted. Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking or reservation will cancel. Balance due within 14 days prior to arrival or reservation subject to cancellation. All Cancellations may be subject to small fee ($30.00). If you Cancel within 14 days prior to arrival, one night rental will be forfeited. Check in time: 3:00 PM Checkout time: 10:00 AM.
