Jamaica Palms is located in Jamaica Beach (Apartment) Near the Gulf of

Privately owned home with separate apartment. We the owners live upstairs.
You get the entire ground floor shown in the pictures.
Jamaica Beach is a small beach community on Galveston Island. Our Jamaica
Palms is about 1/3 mile from the beach and 1/2 mile from the bay.
There is a local mom and pop type grocery store nearby, gas stations, 2
restaurants, hair salon, fire dept, police department, city park with
slides and swings for kids etc.
We think of it as a small "Mayberry" beach community and you can drive your
car right onto the sand on the Gulf of Mexico.
Only 10 miles to Galveston's Shlitterbauhn and Moody Gardens.
We offer our "granny apartment" when our friends or family are not using
it.
No cleaning fee when our Jamaica Palms is left respectfully.
Sleeps 4 adults. (No more than 4 adults at any time.)
Summer: $169 per night with a 3 night minimum weekend stay.
Holidays will be slightly higher and require 3 night stay.
Winter: $99 per night with 3 night minimum stay.

Living room has big screen TV with queen sofa sleeper.
Kitchen with all basic kitchen needs.
Fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.
1 and a half baths.

Golf Cart available with fee and security deposit.
Community boat launch nearby and you can use our boat slip to dock your
small fishing boat.
Winter Snowbirds Welcome with long term winter rental. $1495.00 per month
November 2011 till February 2012.
(Fully refundable cleaning security deposit required with long term
rentals.)
